Barber then went on to take over Casey O'Neill and fight Jessica Eye in UFC 276 in July 2022. Barber won her fight with the unanimous decision. It was also the final fight of her deal with UFC. However, later in the year, she signed a new deal with the organization. Barber has won her latest bout against Andrea Lee on 25th March 2023 at UFC Fight Night: Vera Vs. Sandhagen via a split decision.
